I have been an attorney for more than 30 years. I am now happily semi-retired and divide my time between Massachusetts and Florida. I maintain my licenses to practice in both states and welcome new clients on a selective basis.
My practice is and has been limited to civil matters including litigation. I have litigated cases in all manner of courts both Federal and State, jury and non-jury.
My practice began in 1985 on Wall Street in New York City where I worked for a boutique Admiralty firm. The firm represented ship owners and ship owner interests from around the globe. Admittedly, the practice is esoteric and in 1989 I moved to a firm with a more generalized practice where I represented investors, broker-dealers, high-net worth individuals in contract disputes and companies in security and discrimination claims.
